Mother Gaia: "Nurture Your Own Temples!"

"Greetings, my most Beloved Children!  I, Mother Gaia, asked that that particular song* be played so that you could feel a bit of the despair of those who are not awake, who do not know and can't hear the answer.  For it is in Communion with me that you commune with all that is Divine.  My Kingdoms were all made out of Love by Mother/Father God, and it is only that there have been disruptions - disturbances - in the energy flows of Planet Earth which have been purposeful, for this was the Planet of volunteering to experience all that could be experienced, including all that is the opposite of Love.

"And I have wept as I have felt the despair, the fear.  But I tell you this:There is NOTHING to be afraid of!!!  It is to rejoice in all that is happening in all of the changes.  Now picture someone who is in resistance to changes, taking the hand of a child and walking into a field of flowers and stopping to smell their fragrance.  See the sun shining bright and see the path which travels upward, up here, in front of this one.This is how the song continues and that is why I asked that it be played because there are those who are in despair - many, many, many upon this Planet, mostly in the Kingdom of the humans.

"But more and more, because those who would destroy are so determined so to do - more and more, it is the very ground, the waters and the air which is also being purposefully destroyed.Oh, most of the ones who are doing the destructions don’t understand.  They think that they’re doing it because they think they are going to make a lot of money, or find favor with whoever is directing them.

"This whole Planet is a Temple.This whole Planet is a Temple for all of my Kingdoms – plant, animal, mineral and, yes, Humanity - to dance and laugh and to sing, to enjoy each other’s company, energies, connections.  And what has happened is that those who would destroy have poisoned so much of it, that this is easily recognizable even by the humans.  But this Temple of Planet Earth is being cleaned up!  The Ashtar Command is in great assistance in that.  And you, my Beloved Children, are in grand assistance!  Every time that you send Love to me or to any member of any my Kingdoms, any time that you stop to smell the fragrance of the flowers, or commune with the crystals, or pet or hug an animal, you are healing me!!!

"Now I would speak to you of your own personal Temples – your bodies.  It is true that you have been gradually led in a direction which is toxic to your own bodies - not just your physical either, but your mental and emotional and even your spiritual selves.Your energy fields are full of the propagandas of darkness, of fear.  But I choose to ask you to focus upon those, in Communion with your Guides, and to call upon me, and to just simply enjoy the higher states of this Temple of Planet Earth.  And if you see something that you can do to help in its clearing and cleaning and detoxing, by all means, do so - sending Love, joining in Communion with the spirits and devas who represent all of my Kingdoms and with the crystals - messengers, grand communicators - then by all means do so.

"But what of your own Temples, what of your own bodies?  Do you realize that almost all of the food that you find in the stores has sugar or some other less than, shall we say, healthy substance added to it?  When is the last time that you stood in front of a row of shelves of food and read the labels on the cans or boxes?When is the last time that you went beyond the labels?  Perhaps, if there was something on the label that said 'natural flavorings,' did you check to see if that meant MSG or something else that you would not be in harmony consuming?

"When is the last time that you thought about what you might feed your children or grandchildren, and went out of your way to prepare foods that you know are organic, healthy and do not contain toxic substances?  Almost all baby formula in the World contains toxins, things that can upset the babies' systems and cause great distress.  I say these things only because I am telling you they are not my natural foods.  And today when something says 'natural,' it is better to look deeper!

"And what about the things that you put on your beloved bodies, your lotions, your potions?  Do you read the labels there before you make a purchase?  Some of you make your own and this is all wondrous, indeed.  But there is plenty already made and available for you.  And, yes, there are foods that are all ready for you – organic foods, foods that will strengthen you and support you as you journey along your paths into your crystalline bodies.

"This is an opportunity wherein I am asking you to take stock, to see if there is something that you might change.  Oh, you don’t have to, but with all of the pressure that is being put on the corporations to make money at your expense, the foods that you consume have become a starting point to take you into the next step. That is, of course, the medical system, which thrives on other toxic treatments, so that you will ultimately lower your vibrations to such a degree that you might even leave your bodies before you have an opportunity to make your Ascensions -not that I am seeing that for any of you!!!  I am only reminding you.You know all of this anyway.

"But I asked to come and speak to you because there is something going on right now which is almost the most heinous, if you will, of all activities designed to make you sick.  For I shall say that it is one of the most effective in accomplishing that - and that is the matter of the GMO foods which are being grown.  They are so toxic.  They are designed to systematically destroy almost the entirety of the human race.  This will not happen!  These companies shall not prevail!

"But I ask that you do your part to keep yourselves clear. In other words, say 'NO' to GMO!  And if that feels like it is too much in resistance to you, then I shall phrase it in a different way, which is, 'Say YES to what is healthy for you!  Say YES to what is harmonious for you and will keep you in balance!'  You do not need to inform yourselves of all of the horror stories that all of these GMO products have for you, of clothing which is deliberately treated with toxic chemicals, of drugs which are much more destructive than healthful.

"Just look at the ads and all of the side effects that are listed and do the best that you can to find drugs - if you need them - that are not as toxic.  Work with your health care givers and if your health care giver is not informed, then choose another!  Work with yourself and your guidance teams and know what is harmonious for you and seek out the various High Vibrational foods, medicines, herbs, clothing, and things that you put on and cleaning products that you use and so on.

"This is the time to really step into the Golden Age.  And this is a way to clear your human bodies so that they may become the crystalline bodies in Higher Vibration and Ascension preparation and readiness!!!

"And so I ask you to take stock, to take the time, as you measure it, and to use your discernment in the choices that you make.And if you have an opportunity to share your information with someone who may not know as much as you do, then by all means, do so!

"These portals of opportunity are wide open and more and more people are, for instance, hearing about GMOs.  And if you have some information, share it!You might be surprised at how much of Humanity is ready to hear this information and to act in accordance with it.

"And so it is not to scare you or to create fear.  It is only to say, 'Welcome to this grand era of opportunity and Freedom!'  Be discerning in your choices.  Be loving and nurturing and appreciative of the Grand Temple for which you are each responsible, and treat yourselves as the most sacred of beings in the Universe, because, my Beloved Children, that is who you are.That is how I see you and I choose to join with you in happiness and in the vibrant health which is your Birthright, each and every one of you!!!

"Thank you so much for your attention.  And for the Love that you radiate to me and all of the Kingdoms, and know that you are most precious to me!  And I invite you to our Communion whenever you so desire.  Remember I am with you.  My spirit is one with yours.  We have never been separated nor can we ever be.  And that, Beloved Ones, is Truth!  Let the Love flow freely between us.  Let me nurture you as you nurture me.  And let us join together in the upliftment and the healing of all of Planet Earth!!!Namaste!"
