St.Germain speaking at the July 3rd Ashtar Teleconference:

"Hello and greetings!  This is a most energetic group tonight.  We are honored to be here with you.  And you may be interested to know that we participated with you in your own opening to Freedom (Exercise for the Heart), and the reception was glorious as you welcomed that Freedom, along with the clearing that it did. 

"And you brought into your beings the Peace, the ultimate Peace that is born of Love and exists only where there is Love in that form.  When we say the ultimate, there are other kinds of peace, and we are aware that you know of them. 

"There can be peace written on paper; you call them treaties.  Quite often they are broken, in fact most of them are.  And that is in its own way a breaking of peace that really wasn't, because it came more from the mind than from the heart, because it was based more upon 'What can I get,' than on 'What can I give.'

"And this is the way that the leaders in various fields, not only your governments, have bargained and negotiated and traded throughout your history.   Now this is what happens when governments take it upon themselves, for instance, or when companies take it upon themselves, to have their leaders make the rules without paying attention to what it is that will really benefit the people.

"So we are now Peace-making in the sense that we are creating the kind of Peace that is based in Love that comes from the Heart, and that is simply an extension of Peace and the Freedom to be who you really are, and also the Freedom to honor who I really am, for instance.  That is true Peace.  And that is the kind of Peace that must ultimately be made upon your Earth.

"Now you have heard a great deal about this particular time on your calendar.** This is a very powerful time.  Oh yes, there are numbers.  We're in it by the way.  It has begun in your Earth time.  There are numbers, dates, that are given; exercises that you are asked to participate in.   They are all holy and wondrous, so long as Peace from the Heart is the goal.

"You will be given Peace-making missions, or they will be sent, shall we say, because you called them forth,  you ordered them.  And you have come together in conscious agreement, perhaps not consciously awake, but nevertheless the consciousness of the Planet has agreed that now is the time to present this kind of Peace to the World.  

"And this Peace shall be accompanied by Freedom, not to run amuck, or to have anarchy, as was sometimes the case when revolutions have taken place upon your planet.  It is not a time for blood to run in the streets.  It is a time for people to come together, and to hug each other, not shoot each other.  It is a time for people to come to an understanding of what true Freedom really is, of what true Peace really is.

"It is a time for the children to step forward, and with their innocence and with their wisdom, to take the hands of those who would otherwise make war, and lead them out onto the fields where battles have been fought, but where now grow the flowers, and the birds sing, and the butterflies come, and all manner of beings, inhabitants of Planet Earth come, and rejoice together.

"It is time for the waters to run pure and clean, no more rivers of blood. We are talking about the Peace that lasts, because it comes from the Heart.  It is the Peace that those of you who are here have already had the courage to envision, and to call forth.   And so we are going to amplify that call.

"We are going to a very special place where there is a great gift that was given to the people of that which you call the united States of America by your brothers and sisters across the sea in that country, so dear to me, called France.  And so we shall ask that you close your eyes now, and journey in any way that you choose so long as it is a journey of seconds.

"And come to stand, come to stand in front of Lady Liberty as She appears in the statue.  Now raise yourselves up that you may stand as tall as She is.   Hug Her if you wish.  She welcomes your touch, because it is the touch of Love, and because She knows that you are the Peace-makers, bringing Peace to the Planet.

"And now if you will, shine upon Her; beam your Lights out, and notice, not only does Her whole body become radiant and alive with the life that is Love, for She is as real as you, but see Her torch, and see the glorious flames.  These are radiant beams of Love Light.  See them.  See them!

"Now shine some more, and brighten Her even more, and brighten that torch.  It is as bright as the Sun.  And see now how the waves of energy beam forth from that torch.  And you, Beloveds are all connected; you are all One with Lady Liberty and with each other.   And see, see those beams of Love, Peace and Freedom for all. 

"Go out and literally encircle your Planet, enveloping it in a grand display of Light Beings, all signifying, and all energizing and empowering, and being the Lights of Peace, the Lights of Love, and the Lights of Freedom to be Peace, and to be Love.  And so it is Beloved Ones. 

"You are lighting up your entire Planet; now direct that these beams penetrate into the Kingdoms inside of the surface of the Earth.  And indeed the entire Earth lights up, and see all of the Kingdoms of Mother Gaia rejoicing at this grand Light.  It is warm, it is blissful.  It is peaceful, and yet powerful.

"It is Love, and it is Planet Earth rebirthing Herself into the Age of Love and Freedom and Peace, everywhere and for every being upon the Planet.  And now see, now see how the message of Peace goes out.  Picture the other planets in your Solar System, and see them also enveloped in this fabulous, fabulous blanket of Peace, of Love, of Freedom.  And now go beyond your own Solar System. 

"Go throughout your Galaxy.  Everywhere the Light of the Love spreading and bringing Peace and bringing Freedom everywhere through the Universe.  It is the Leadership, the Leadership Mission that has been given to Planet Earth, and to the Beloved members of this great Family, volunteers all, walking in human body, standing tall and gifting this Peace, this Freedom, and empowering it with a Love, that is after all, the most powerful energy in the Universe.

"It is standing there together, circling and embracing Lady Liberty Herself, and it is Lady Liberty responding with such Joy, and such Gladness.  And there it is, Beloveds.  There you are, Peace-makers all, bringers of Freedom, and the true meaning of Freedom. 

"And you are honored beyond words, and you are loved infinitely beyond telling , and because you have so graciously and gracefully and powerfully done this mission, be assured the color of Peace is now in your fields forever.  It has been lit again, and along with it the color of Freedom.  For you cannot have true Peace without true Freedom, and now you know you've done it!

"And so we thank you, Beloved Ones, for your willingness to join in this (Exercise For the Heart).  Feel the Love, and the Joy and the warmth of the radiance of Lady Liberty, and feel the bliss of the Peace that truly passeth all understanding. Namaste, Beloved Ones, Namaste! "
