From S.M., U.K.: "Are you in the same fleet as the starship Capricorn?"

"The Ashtar Command has many, many ships, and the Capricorn is one of them. We have gathered many ships into the Command, and there are a large number from other galaxies. They have attached themselves to our fleet, so as to participate with us in the assistance to your planet and others in your solar system.

"As you know, this is a most important time, as time goes in your third dimension, for this is the moment in your history which you have decreed to be that of your ascension into the higher dimensions. We of the galactic fleet are here to assist in every way possible.

"The function of the Capricorn, once First Contact has taken place, will be largely to assist in the matter of restoration of your planet to its pristine condition, and this will of course be of benefit to all of the kingdoms on the planet, including your humankind. I am on the New Jerusalem, along with St Germain. We are also honored to have Sananda with us, and we are the official meeting place for the Masters and others in the Command. Now, because we are in our light bodies, our meetings are somewhat different that what you might be used to, but let us just say that our focus is here on the New Jerusalem when we meet, and it is what you might call, the Ashtar Command headquarters.

"The Ashtar Command consists of regular, or permanent members, as well as those atteached for this most special of missions, and we are quite diverse. Some of the ships are large and some small, such as our shuttle and landing crafts. Some of us simply travel in our light bodies, while others have ships of wondrous materials, powered by zero point energy and capable of being invisible when warranted.

"There are those who perceive that the Capricorn and the New Jerusalem are one and the same, but there is a slight distinction there. They are two separate ships, but they are quite capable of docking in such a way that they do come together at times. The Capricorn (and others like her) then allows expanded "parking" space for large gatherings, while the meetings actually take place on the New Jerusalem.

"The New Jerusalem is much too large to land, at least at first, but the Capricorn and others like it will be landing on your planet. Landings have already taken place at certain very private secret locations, and we must see the accomplishment, or completion, of certain political resolutions before we can land openly. When we do open landings, we will be coming to every part of Planet Earth, including your country."
