"I am Neptune, as my Brother* has said, known by many names.I am here at the specific request of Mother Gaia, and in answer to those of you whose Hearts are loving, but yet in concern about the oceans of Planet Earth, for I am the Steward of the Oceans and of all the life in the oceans.  And by literal extension, all the waters that flow into the oceans, whether they originate from a spring high up in the mountains, or a stream or a lake or a river which flows into my waters - all of the waters of the world are connected.  And I am the one who oversees, and is responsible for knowing what is happening with the waters of the world.,And even as the raindrops fall into the waters of the Earth, so it is that I am aware of what the raindrops carry.

"And so it is that, as I survey all of the waters, you can look through my eyes, if you will, and see and feel what I feel.  And you know that, at this moment in time, the waters are filled with toxic materials of every description.  Some of it, as was in the very beginning upon Planet Earth, is just simply carelessness, the inability to look ahead - for instance, the farmer who allowed his herd to graze by a stream or river which ultimately found its way into the oceans, with no thought of what might be coming into the oceans and eventually making its way around the World.  Because it is the oceans, and the water which evaporates from the oceans and falls in other places as rain, which carry in their currents and their streams and in the rainfall toxic materials all over the World.  And even now there are places in the World where there is no other way to handle this particular aspect of life, and it is human as well as animal waste.

"Sometimes it is the by-products of manufacturing - chemicals and different kinds of materials - that are released into the waters, not because someone is deliberately wanting to pollute, but simply because it’s the way it’s been done, or there is no thought given to other ways.  However, that is becoming an excuse!There is too much knowledge now of the damages which have been done by this kind of pollution.

"And now you have the continuing - and I emphasize, continuing incidents of radiation - contamination by radiation, whether it is radiation leaking into the air from active nuclear plants, whether it is radiation which is leaking into the waters from unstable storage containers.  It makes no difference!!!  Radiation is harmful to all life, as are the nitrates and the chemicals!

"And you have other forms of contaminants – plastics!  The fishermen out on the boat – the wind comes up and their plastic sandwich bags blow overboard, or their Styrofoam containers or perhaps their ice chest falls off and that is a tiny bit of what can happen.

"What about missiles that are shot up into the air and land in the oceans – nuclear and otherwise?  They are all toxic metals which in themselves have chemicals which pollute.  When there are accidents of every type of description, whether it be a vehicle that goes off the roadway and plunges to the bottom of the lake, or whether it be a big ocean ship that somehow is destroyed, or an airplane that crashes.These are all toxic materials that go into the waters.

"And then there are the deliberate destructions!  Hurricane Katrina did a tremendous amount, with the bombs that were placed that released the waters of that great lake to flood parts of New Orleans and pick up along the way many, many toxic materials.  And then there are even more, blatantly poisoning, such as the oil spills.

"And what of my populations - the coral reefs, the fishes big and small?  There are places on Planet Earth where the population has decreased either by what you call over-fishing, but more seriously by toxins - pollutants, which are so prevalent that life cannot survive there.

"And who are the guardians?  The Whales and the Dolphins!  They are Love, and they are Knowledge, and they are highly evolved, and they are sharing their Love with you with - shall we say - all of Humanity.  It is to open up and to listen to them.  It is to do whatever you can do to save them!!!

"It is to invite the World!  Love is the most healing and powerful energy in the Universe.  Love can heal where nothing else can.And so it is to love all of the creatures in the sea.  And it is to invite them to come together with all of the Kingdoms of Mother Gaia!  They may seem to be more remote to you than those who live on the lands and fly in your skies.  But we are all related, all of the Kingdoms.  And when one Kingdom suffers, all suffer.  And when one Kingdom receives Love, all receive Love.  This is Universal Law!  This is Divine Law!!!

"And so I, Neptune, come to you to open my Heart to you in Love and to ask that you join with us in the healings and the clearings because your loving Hearts can do so much to transmute all that is poison and toxic and damaging!  It can put such a flow of Love into your atmosphere, into the energy grids of Planet Earth, that even those who are polluting without knowing it will stop, and observe themselves, and make the changes!!!

"Now you know that our Brothers and Sisters from the stars who come have the technologies to instantaneously clean up all of the polluted waters everywhere.  Well, you have that technology, too, in your loving energies!  It is simply to access it and to begin to join with them, and with the Masters and the Angels, the Whales and the Dolphins and all of the Kingdoms of the Sea and the waters everywhere, and to start NOW, even if you have already done so.  It is to start a whole new chapter in this healing, for when we come together we are exponentially more powerful in our Oneness!

"And so it is to join, to call upon me, Neptune, to join with you, each and every one of you and all of us together as a group and to invite all of the Lightworkers, all of the Ashtar Commanders, everyone on Planet Earth to open their Heart to Love and to join together to empower the healing process - thus turning the situation that exists now into the opposite direction, which is, of course, to clear the waters, to cleanse them, because, after all, this Planet is rising and Lemuria is the destination that is very real for the Golden Age and beyond.

"And it is entirely appropriate that we bring this about together as a start and invite those from the Higher, Divine levels, shall we say, which Planet Earth is moving into, to join in, together, all of the Kingdoms of Planet Earth and beyond, and to take this healing to the next level and beyond, and beyond.  Because once the momentum is there, it will gain, as I have said, exponentially, in empowerment.  We do not have to wait for the day when the Ashtar Command brings us the technologies!!!  We can invite them to do even more now.  They have already begun mitigation in the worst of the situations.  Let’s ask them to do even more joining with us!!!

"And let’s keep the momentum going, because the sooner we do this, Beloved Ones, the sooner it gets done.  And once it is done with NESARA in place, the pollutions will cease and we will all be able to enjoy the clean, pure and pristine waters everywhere upon Planet Earth as they were in the beginning days of Lemuria, the Water Kingdom.

"And so I, Neptune, on behalf of all of the Kingdoms and the Dwellers of the Seas, and the streams and the rivers and the lakes and the ponds - and all the waterways of Planet Earth -thank you.  Thank you for your presence and for opening your Hearts to enable us to come together in this grand healing!  May it be so evermore, increasing until it is complete.And so it is!Namaste!"
