"..Breathe, breathe together. Now we're going to ask you to do something we've not asked before in these Exercises for the Heart. Breathe in the Love. You all know how to do that. You're all well accomplished at that. There is infinite Love for you in the Universe; breathe it in.
"Now we would ask as you're breathing it in, filling yourselves with it, let it come in through your Crown chakra, and let it come to your heart, and then out your arms and into your hands. And at the same time, pull up all the Love from Mother Earth and feel that connection. Bring it up your legs, all the way up to your heart, and let it too flow out your hands, but keep bringing it in your feet, keep bringing it in your Crown chakra.
"Now we ask that you reach out your hands. They're golden with Love. They're glowing with Love. And take the hand of a Family member who is either in the room with you or not. Reach out to all of us and join hands with someone, actually two beings, who are here in this Family gathering.
"You don't need to know who they are. You don't need to see their faces. Just reach out your hands and feel hands joining yours. And let that feeling of Love, even more Love, coming to you and circulating through you, and going out of your hands to the hands of those in this Family. Now make a circle, come around, fly into position, if you need to, and just join with Family and allow just Love to flow.
"If you receive any messages, they are loving messages. Then focus upon this great golden Light, this symbol, an energy of the Golden Age, the Age of Aquarius, the fulfillment of the Ascension preparation.
"Now we're going to do something that is quite unique. We're going to dance along the Ascension Path. So what this means is, prepare your feet; even more Love, even more Light; prepare your feet, because you're not going to be dancing on the ground.
"You're on the upward path, the Ascension Path. Now prepare yourself, and if one or both of your partners, that is those you are holding hands with, doesn't seem to be on quite as high a path as you, just help them to come up. Everyone is to take the high road for this, no exceptions.
"And all of your Guides, and your Angels are here with you; and feel your loving connections, and feel the Love that they have here for you. And feel that the whole ball room is full with Ashtar Family, with the Fairies, and the Elves, and you know what great dancers they are. Nobody's going to sit this one out, not with them here.
"Go ahead, include them, or perhaps you'd like to give an invitation to one of them to ride on your shoulders or whatever. Just allow yourselves to soar. Now listen for the music. It doesn't have to be the same for everyone. It is joyful dance music.
"Go on, play your music for yourself, and even if your neighbors are not dancing to the same tune, it matters not, it's all Ascension music. Get high on it. Now start the dance, and wind the columns along the Ascension Path.
"Everybody's on the same path now! Anyone who wants to straggle behind, or perhaps needs a little hand up; give 'em a hand up! Just Love them, and let them lift up, so that everybody's on the same path, and it's kind of a 'beam me up' path, and it goes up and up and up.
"And there is the Ascension portal, and there it is in front of you, glowing and beautiful and grand and gorgeous. Now the gate opens for you, and you have an opportunity to look into that gate, and see how joyous it is to be an Ascended Being, to be Light in your body, to be totally in Joy and Bliss; reunions are there with your soul family and with ones that you have known in your heart were true, that have been relegated by 3D to the status of mythical beings.
"There's Pegasus and the Unicorns, joyful at this greeting. The Fairies are dancing, the Angels are singing, the Ascended Masters bow to you at this grand homecoming of yours. And all is Divine, all is Love, and the wondrous, wondrous Joy and outpourings of greetings with those who have gone before you, and the Joy is infinite and forever because you have arrived at your Ascension Homecoming.
"And all along the way the Path has been strewn with Roses. Mother Mary has been so excited to see Her children come home. And all along, the Path has moved up and up and up.
"And as you look back at planet Earth, you see how you left it, a truly golden planet in the Golden Age of Aquarius, shining and gleaming, because you were there, and because before you left as you were moving along your path, your Love and your Light touched everything and helped it to become pure again, and clean and refreshed and restored.
"You have danced the dance of the Golden Light, and you have arrived indeed. Now savor it, breathe it in. Take this vision in your hearts, Beloved Ones, in your wisdom eyes and in all of your being, and let us help you to move along your path. And remember, that you are accompanied by the One we all are.
"And all is divine in your kingdoms, and all is joyful and blissful. And this, Beloved Ones, is your legacy, your heritage, and your destination. And we honor you and we Love you beyond words.
"That which you have done, that which only a few years ago was considered to be impossible, you've done it. You have literally beamed yourselves up into your homecoming, taking your bodies with you, and leaving such Joy, such healing on your way, that you will be honored, and indeed are, for all eternity for all that you have done. Mission accomplished, Beloved Ones, mission accomplished! And so it is!
