SANANDA'S EXERCISE OF TRANSMUTING FEAR INTO LOVE

"Greetings, Beloved Family!  It is I, Sananda, come once again with such great Joy at our togetherness.  And yes, there have been many writings and a lot of music, but this one that you just heard* was in great connection with me when it was inspired.  And yes, I gave 'The Course' ['in Miracles'] some years ago knowing that the truth of it would come forth shining brighter and brighter, at first a few, and then more and more.  And now there are even those who have not studied 'The Course' but who know it.  And this is exactly as it was always intended to be.

"When I came into the human body as the one you call Yeshua, that is, when my spirit joined with Yeshua, I had humanity in me just as you do.  And yes, I had lessons to learn as a young one, and sometimes yes, the lessons were not that easy.  These were things that you can receive the Truth of, although it has not been spoken of in that which you call ‘The Book’ that has been put forth as containing the totality of my life.  And yet you know that there are other books -books that have been written by those who actually were a part of that lifetime.

"And you know that there are other Truths starting to come out and this is grand, because there is not one of you, not one of you or any upon the planet, who do not carry within, the Truth of all times.  And those Truths are very simple and yet profound.  And this Truth is that the greatest power in the Universe, that which is created by Mother/Father God, because they themselves - they as One joined together in the perfection of Oneness, our Love - and  Love is all they ever created.And this is the greatest power in the Universe - always has been, always will be.

"And so we are gathered here together, and you have answered the call once again to come and be with us.And my Beloved Brother, Ashtar, has laid forth the groundwork of this Truth of Love.  And yes, there has been some presentation of fear, but we, as teachers, have chosen not to go into great depth.  We have asked you to surround it so that it is isolated and is not really permeating your energy fields in this time that we have together.  And yet we shall go further, and we shall join together, and we shall do an Exercise.  We call them Exercises of Peace and we shall use the greatest power in the Universe!  What could be more appropriate? 

"We shall use Love to disempower fear.  And once you have a taste of this, Beloved Ones, in your beings, you can come back and use this or any other way of using the high energy of Love, so that if a bit of fear creeps in, or if you recall because you are looking at past instead of being in the now.  Remember, fear is an illusion.Love is all that is really real.  And so it is to take Love and shine its bright Light upon whatever it is that is what you might call a third dimensional fear, and let it literally transmute, dissolve, and become high energy - the golden white Love of Christ Consciousness.  And this, Beloved Ones, is the energy.It is what is energizing the shift.The great shifting which is going on, on Planet Earth, even in this moment.And it is this energy of Love which is powering and empowering each of you, and all who choose to move forward on the great path of Ascension.  So always keep that knowledge with you.Keep it in your hearts, your wisdoms, your wisdom centers, and indeed send it out throughout all of your fields, the totality of who you are.  Love is Who You Really Are!!!  Only Love.  You can create whatever illusions you choose, but always remember that your mission is to return home to Who You Really Are and to the One We All Are, and that Beloved Ones, is Love!!!

"And so now let us join together, and if you will, breathe, breathe in Love.Breathe in even more Love, and let us join our hands and hearts, and you know what this Love empowers you to do.  And yes, we shall come together, one great circle of bright shining Love, High Dimensional Love!  And let us hug each other even as we join in this circle.And let us share the Joy of our togetherness, of our Love, and our Joy at being together.We are all safe, we are all secure, we are all free, and we are lifting up together and we are indeed moving up, moving up, as One, one heart, one mind, one living Love.

"And let us bring ourselves up into the atmosphere above Planet Earth.And once again, let us  - with compassionate hearts and only from the perspective of being Love, and forgiving all, no matter what it is that we see - let us look upon the Planet and see it all.  See the bright shining ones who are indeed joining with us now in this grand and glorious Light of Love, and then let us see the ones who have some fears.  And let us remember that you brought, encapsulated so as not to really be a part of you, but nevertheless you brought some fears.  And now you can invite them to share theirs.  Perhaps you would see pieces of paper in some kind of a container coming up and joining with yours. They are not of you, they are not in you, they are simply accompanying.

"And now take these fears from all over the World, including your own, as individuals, and there are even groups, families, tribes, residents of cities and towns, states, islands and countries, and put all of these fears on the altar.  Yes, there is an altar right in the middle of our circle.  And it is beautiful and gleaming, and it is an altar of Love.  It is an altar of Joy. And see standing at that altar, St. Germain and Archangel Michael.  And see that St.Germain carries the violet ray, and see that Archangel Michael carries the Sword Excalibur, the blue wave of Truth.  The blue light and the violet light are together, and see them joining each other, and see them make a heart above the altar.  And as the Light of Love, the white, golden Light of the Christ Consciousness, we all beam this altar and we send our rays of Love to all of these fears which are sitting upon that altar -yours and the World's that you have so beautifully collected without taking them in.  And now see the heart send out its own beams, the violet and the blue, and see all of these wondrous rays, these Lights come together, and see them gently, completely envelop all of these fears sitting upon this altar.  And watch the fears literally, literally vanish into the Light which we beam - all of us together with Archangel Michael and St.Germain.  And see the fears literally transmute before our eyes into this great Love, these beams of Love, High Dimensional Love!And let them be transmuted forever now, and all that lies upon this altar now is Love and its Truth with Joy, Compassionate Love, Forgiving Love, Ho’oponopono!!!

"And yes, start to feel these beams now - these high vibrational beams coming back to us Beloved Ones.And they carry a message, and the message is 'Thank You' - Gratitude!  And now if you wish, take the world, Planet Earth, and feel how light it feels compared to how heavy it was feeling before.  We did this together.Take your own beings and feel the lightness and feel the Joy and feel the Love permeating.  And feel Truth.This Beloved Ones, is Who You Are!!!  And feel the Joy of your ego as it rests now in your heart, knowing it has been loved all the time, and had nothing to fear, and had only your creations to feed it.  But now you are recognizing the Truth that all you are is Love, and now whatever fear programs your ego was running are gone,  because your ego knows that mission is over!!!  Feel yourselves, Beloved Ones, in absolute perfection of Love.  Thank yourselves for the blessings that you have created with us, and allow the World, Planet Earth, Mother Gaia and all of her kingdoms to shower you with loving thanks for helping the world to move up and out of whatever fears it was being consumed by.  It’s all in perfect harmony and balance.  It’s all a beautiful step upward.  It’s all Freedom from fear.It’s all empowerment to create all that you have passion to create, in perfect Love and Joy!

"So now in recognition of this exercise that we have done together, accept the Roses of Kumara into your hearts.  They are being offered to you by Beloved Family.  Accept them, as these wonderful feminine ones come to you.  Accept the hugs and the thanks of Kuan Yin - feel her Compassion.  Of Mother Mary, feel her Gratitude.Of Beloved Mary Magdalene, feel her Forgiveness, which is the absence of any judgment, except that you are Love.  And yes, feel the Love that we all have, and that Mother Sekhmet herself comes even now to remind us that we have, together, reminded ourselves of our true identity - our only real identity as One, each of us, and as One We All Are, Family together in sacred divine mission of Love.  Thank you so much.  Thank you so much, Beloved Ones, and remember that we are always with you.  Let us shine on and light the way for all of those yet to come.  And so it is!  Namaste."

"Well, even I have some difficulty coming back to my own identity when we fly so high together, Beloved Family!!!  Nevertheless I, Sekhmet, assure you that I have been observing, and the results are even more than we foresaw before these moments together as you measure time.  We are in awe of you, and you all have empowered yourselves even more upon the path of Love, so I add my thanks and my Love, and I say to you, Namaste!"
